Cashback of up to €200 per qualifying HP PC or workstation purchased, depending on its tier; €100 per qualifying HP Poly video-conferencing product; and €50 per qualifying HP print hardware product. Qualifying products purchased with an eligible HP device (“Attach Products”) also earn a fixed reward: €15 per Care Pack, service or licence; €25 per display or dock; and €10 per peripheral. Rewards are limited to one Attach Product of each type and a total of €50 in attach rewards per eligible device. Receive a €50 trade-in reward when you trade in an eligible desktop or laptop against the purchase of a new desktop, laptop or HP Poly video-conferencing product. Trade-in rewards are limited to one per new device purchased and 100 per customer per quarter. Total rewards, including attach and trade-in rewards, are capped at €300 per new device. The offer is available to SMB customers with up to 500 employees. Claims are limited to 250 HP PC or HP Poly devices and 250 HP print devices per customer per quarter. On receipt of claims, our validation team will verify your claim. This includes confirmation of your purchase but also validating the eligibility of the company to ensure compliance with our eligibility criteria. This may involve but not be limited to:
- Online Searches
- Companies House Searches
- Call or email to listed business
- For Sole Traders we may request confirmation of your UTR
